Jacobsen ? part ...help me identify the mystery part

I have a big old hunk of steel and don't know what it is... I got it at an auction with a big old Jacobsen HR15 I bought and they gave me a ton of extra Jake parts, but I can't figure this one out..

Paper towel is there for size reference, I apologize for the iphone rotation... about 2 paper towel rolls long.

Anyone have any ideas?

Perhaps a loader part? Could be chain hooks (wierd ones) and pin settings for some type of adjustment on ends?
