JD 110 TLB 3 point Top N Tilt

:laughing: Looking for complete 3 point for JD 110 Tlb Top n Tilt. Local dealer says not available go see Green guys. Went to green guys they say good luck. I searched around and some one is saying that JD 4520 Green is the same can anyone confirm.They don't need to know what im putting it on. And a couple of coats of yellow and you will never know the difference.

The problem with all of the JD top & tilt sets that I have ever seen is that the tilt cylinders are built to have the implement level when fully retracted. On one hand that sounds sort of nice, always know where things are at when fully retracted, problem is that it sure is nice to be able to tilt to both sides and equally at that. Maybe I'm wrong about this, just saying what I personally have seen and heard complaints about the OEM sets.

So be careful about what you get.

So just to be clear, you do have the 3PH hardware and are just looking for the TnT setup? If so Brian is your guy hands down...
If you need the hardware, that can be hard to find and expensive when you do, there are a few threads in the JD forum about it.

double check overall contraction / extension lengths
just replacing one side link turnbuckle with a hyd cylinder = lifting / lowering just that side possibly. (depends)

sorry about that. You are right you only need 4. The only rear hydraulic option on the 110 was the 6 outlets.

Brian, if you were to provide the top cyl. for the 110tlb what would you make the retracted length, pin to pin.

Brian thanks, i just bought a new LVB25904 the factory top and tilt deleivered ($1400.00) and wanted to compare the difference because of the comment above.
the retracted length here is 19 1/4 compared to your 18 1/4"

The JD factory 110 top & tilt set that I have measured had the top link right at 20" fully retracted. So they have made some changes and or have a different supplier.

factory is 18 1/4" center pin to center slot.

I build my side links to be level with the rod half way extended. This gets you an equal amount of tilt angle to each side. The mid point measurement that I have for the 110TLB is 21". That is with the pin locked down at the bottom of the slot.

AS far as the top link, what is your pin-pin distance with your box blade level front to back? Have both the front and rear cutting edges 1" off of a flat surface when getting this measurement.
