I have a 175 loader on my 2155. I bent a rigid hydraulic line yesterday while moving some debris around, which resulted in a hole and a nasty leak. Item #13 seems to be obsolete.

Does anyone know of an alternate PN to AW22254 (other than AW26073)? I might just have to have a line manufactured but I figured it's worth asking.

Thanks!

Picture I have is a bit different but same part #. Looks to be obsolete like you said. I'll check one more source for you and see if we get an answer.

Here is a picture of the line that is damaged.

It is the middle line (behind the one in front) which got bent and twisted by a branch on the right (left on tractor). The twist made a hole under the hose wrap.

Yea it's obsolete unfortunately. It will be fine if you get a regular hose made for you. Don't need to go back with hard line.

Ok great. That was going to be my next question. I'll just find a flex line and replace it with that.

Thanks for chiming in!

Would your software be able to tell you what the thread size is on the fitting (#17 on the diagram)?

The flex line will probably come with male/male ends. I'll probably have to pickup some unions to make it all work. Maybe remove the fitting from the regulator (#19) and flex hose straight into that, but then will still need a union to connect to the other flex hose (#16).

Would those be 3/4" fittings?

Have you considered welding or brazing your old line? Back when I was employed by a JD dealer I've seen many hyd lines repaired by brazing.

The people I bought it from painted green over everything. Under the paint is a good bit of rust. That line is pretty used up. But thank you for the suggestion!

Are these the spec's you need?
