Since I just went through a comparison exercise before buying my new Kubota, I'd say the JD 2025r is very similar to the Kubota B2320HSD or even the B2620. I bought the B2320 and couldn't be happier. Although I liked the Kubota a bit better overall, the JD seemed like a good tractor for what I'd use it for. I think the ultimate buying decision comes down to a "Ford versus Chevy" thing. Either way, either tractor will likely do the things you need it to do.
