JD 420 FEL Hydraulic Line Replacement

I need to replace all of the 3/8" steel tubing lines on my front-end loader. The "tee" connections are corroded and have begun leaking. Does anyone know where I can purchase these? The tractor is a 1999 4200 and the loader is a 420.

I need #1, 2, 14, 15, 20, 21, 24, and 25.

All four of my lines are one piece, unlike the diagram below. JD no longer makes them..

You could inquire at a local hydraulic shop. They may require you to take the tractor to them to assure a correct fit. It won't be cheap but probably far less than Deere would have wanted if they had them.

Regardless, you will need to identify the type of fitting, the thread, and the tubing size. Most of that should be in the JD parts manual.

A good source for all hydraulic parts is:

Several people have posted that their salesmen are helpful. There are other hydraulic shops online, too.

Another source for high quality parts - although more expensive - is McMaster.com. They have a very good cataloge and dimensioned drawings, but you are on your own deciding which to get.
