Jinma 254 current owner with Y385 engine help questions

Thank you quicksand... what i worry about the most is when i get the new pump and if those important hydraulic lines are not full the pump will not have fluid in it and the last thing i need is to damage a new pump... I really think Im going to put the tractor in a down hill position add fluid in the pump before i install it... I was thinking a few minutes ago if i would own an electric hydraulic pump 16 MPA i would connect the 2 main house on it and run it and see if the hydraulic would kick in

looked again at wiring and oil sending color was a yellow #27 and purple just hanging loose? temp was orange #2? my oil pressure was around 3 to 4 when running
I meant you may have blew gasket at pump,not at loader valve,it dosen't take much ajustment on some to increase pressure,you really need a hyd pressure gauge
also it takes more than stated amt of hyd fluid to fill system with loader,these hyd system are meant to be self priming,make sure vent clear by seat,also make sure shaft on pump is good and slot it fits in

one thing helped me get mine primed turn your wheels to the left or right while priming system and slowly working loader valve

Thank you Hazer... where do you see the numbers on the actual wire? at different spots as for your comment i really need a hyd pressure gauge you mean I should add one? and where do you suggest I do this hazer? do you have any pictures?

Thanks hazer, I did try to turn the wheels but they wont move keep in mind my pump may be done waiting for a new one from Tommy supply along with new sensors engine and oil pressure and a new gasket kit to rebuild the one I have here for a spare.

numbers will be little bands around wire 1 through around 30
get with tommy at affordable he has all you will need on gauge,you can leave yours installed,I remove mine because I resell the tractors,my pressure is around 2200psi and will lift tractor off ground,will also curl tractor off ground
also did you replace hyd filter?

most of time its the bigger oring due to pressure,seems like heat affects figure 8 more
check your old pump housing for cracks,some one may have deadheaded pump and killed it

Okay no such luck on the numbers bands on mine... the casing looks perfect not cracks. yes I change the hyd filter, because the first few times i took the pump apart im not sure if I have the figure 8 gasket housing facing the right way in the casing I've been looking on line to see if I could find a good picture of that specific pump see pic i made

The hydro gauge you got at tommy's could you give me the link / part no ? and where did you install that gauge?

my gauge has fittings to fit disconects
also when you reasemmble pump,do not over tighten the 4 bolts,you should be able to turn shaft with just a little force,trust me on this,you will think it will leak but it won't
I know what you are talking about the fig 8 or 3 gaskets,to best of my memory **** on gasket go inward,not 100 percent on that
