John Deere 1600 wide area mower help!

We are still having the issue of not getting full flow/pressure to all 3 decks at once. If you pick up one of the side decks the center and other side will cut -- and it doesn't matter which side you pick up...

Any ideas?

Is the suction strainer clear in the bottom of the hyd tank?

Hi, having similar issue. Mows fine and then one deck seems to slow down, usually the right one. Stop and start again and appears to improve.

How can I check strainer, is it in the tank?

Also I think blades turn slower than I would expect. How can I speed them up. Mower at full throttle but saw mention of stroke cylinder adjustment to speed up. How do I do that ?
