Its a screen as Tx Jim clarified. Your slowness is due the difficulty of pulling/sucking the cold hyd fluid thru the screen, which may be somewhat clogged. After you clean it you have the optimum. If good enuf - great. If not you have to live with warmup. You can speed hydraulic warmup by holding the bucket in curl at low idle. This will warm the oil relatively quickly.Still loving my 2010 however I have noticed the hydraulics have slowed a bit when cold in the am. I am wondering what I should be looking for when it might be time to change hydraulic filter ? where can get one ? where is it located in the tractor ? how do I change it. I want to repack the bucket cylinders over the winter and change this filter also.
