john deere 2040 hydrolic problem

It looks like the kid fixed the video since it was initially posted ,back when the 2nd link did not work. Definitely somebody without an operator's manual has been making rockshaft adjustments. Still no word on the transmission oil screen.
Has anybody checked for flow from the transmission up to the front pump?

I would also suggest to check to be sure this pressure relief valve is seating properly. I'd also suggest to check system psi.

I have a 2040 John Deere Tractor which suddenly will not lift the rear bushhog. I have checked, cleaned and replaced the filters. The hydraulics seem to operate the power steering and lift the front bucket. I unhooked the bushhog and without the bushhog attached, it will lift the lifter arms. I reattached the bushhog, but it would not lift the bushhog again. Does anyone have any idea what my problem might be?

With engine running,3 pt control lever to the rear(in raised position) look inside hyd filler hole for spraying oil which would indicate blown seals on rockshaft control valves or blown RS piston seal.
