Yes on the PSI. 99% of the time steel QD's of similar size will be rated for similar pressures. The big thing is the correct size and preferably the same size thread connection for installing them. If you never remove your loader you could also remove the quick disconnects and connect the hoses to the cylinders directly to the lines from the valve. This eliminates the quick disconnects completely but also makes the loader a more permanent attachment.
I would suggest if possible to take one of coupling halves from your tractor with you to confirm fit since there are so many similar shaped and sized QD's today.
