John Deere 3005
I found this site about 3005 stalling. All info was dated back in 2012, etc. But I'm here to say it hasn't gone away.
I have been having that very problem. Yesterday I mowed across my field and back. Stopped for breakfast, went back out, mowed 200' it quit, and so did I. I had it hauled to the dealer ($475), in Sept 2022 for this problem. They changed every fuel thing the tractor had. I believe its a electrical problem. With advice from previous forum members I will check all electrical conections. Will keep you posted

sounds like either a clogged fuel filter, or water in the fuel. I have had that particular problem a number of times. I keep 3 spare filters on hand just for this reason.

What happens when it quits?

Does the engine sputter/cough/slowly die, or is it a quick shut off (like you turned the key off)?
