- 2012 John Deere 3520 Deluxe Cab
The cab gasket doesn't look correctly installed. That's certainly not the way it's configured on my 5000 series cab! No way you should be able to just peel the edge and expose a gap!
I'd be talking to the dealer...
AKfish
I'm with AKfish, your cab doesn't look right. I'd ask someone with a 4x20 or 3x20 cab to verify but doesn't look right to me.
I'd call the dealer if they're still open or on Monday.
well thats what i was thinking but get this, i was just thumbing through the manual and there is a picture of the back window seal in it. its layed out the same exact way. Thats terrible engineering on john deeres part but i wont loose sleep on it. ill have to figure out the gaps though. there is even a small gap on the door you get in the machine (left?) at the bottom where its supposed to seal. The other side is tight as can be. I know the latch is adjustable but it is adjusted far back as it can go. So as fas that goes i cant go any tighter there either. same exact issue as this guy had in this link

To me these are just the bugs you have to get worked out. Im gonna wait till the 50 hour service to bring it in to let them fix this stuff and whatever else pops up but till then, ill have to get some foam wether strip to overlap the existing seal where there is exposure
