John Deere 4400 No Start

I have a 1999 JD 4400 that I parked last week in my garage, and went out this morning to use it. And, I have a no start situation. The battery checks out ok, I wrapped the starter a few times thinking its a wore out spot in it and still no luck. Could it be a relay?

I turn the key and the normal dash lights appear, then turn the key further to the starting position and hear one click.

Have you checked all the fuses and the safety switches make sure the PTO is off? Tractordata.com shows that a hydro transmission is available on the 4400 make sure the pedals are centered.
