John Deere 6410 won't move

Got the CDs yesterday. Wish there were pictures on where to hook hose ends.

I am thinking you want Test port C Page 1205 and Test port K page 1070. I am thinking the hose is special. I am not sure if it has a special restriction?
Might want to see a JD dealer service manager and ask for advise.

Talked to local service manager. I think I know more about this than him. He told me next step was to drop the oil and pull out solenoid valves to make sure they were not stuck. I can't imagine all valves stuck at once. Page numbers on the CD are not the same as yours.

For page 1205 try 270-10-4 for page 1070 try 255-20A-51

Used 11' x 1/4" hose to flush relief valve. Now tractor will move. "I" still blinks and PTO does not engage. Lube and system pressures seem in specs.

Fuse for pto was very corroded on spades. New fuse and every thing is good.

Thank you Zebrafive

Back to no moving. Shaft from engine to transmission. Came unhitched from engine. 2 bolts backed out 2 bolts broke. Got that back together. Now no pressure at lube or system quick connect. Flushing relief valve as I did before does not fix it this time. Could the shaft coming apart have broke something inside?

I doubt shaft coming apart broke something inside. Maybe something else is plugged besides the relief valve.

Did you use new and correct bolts to reattach the drive shaft? Bolts are serrated under the heads to keep them from loosening.

I pulled the relief valve out. Looked ok. Spring free length measured fine. Started tractor for a second and fluid came out. Put back in and still no lube pressure. I may have turned shaft in wrong direction when tightening bolts. But manual does not say that is not ok. I'm thinking the front needs to come off.

That pump repair kit is not for the oil pump. The trans pump is actually a double pump. The gears pump oil for transmission pressure. The plunger assembly in that kit pumps air. There is a plastic line that connects the front housing to the rear housing. The air pump pushes air pressure to the rear housing to push oil out of the rear housing to prevent excess oil churning in planetary gears.
