I have hand and shoulder problems also so I have been using battery powered chain saws for the last several years ,no problems. I have 3 different battery chain saws from 14 to 20 inch bars and extra batteries for all. I cut about 5 cords of firewood a year with them also have a Husky 395 gas power which seldom gets used

Update: Well off to either do another easy start saw.

Stihl rescue D handle made it nice for his hand. But the spring assist spring just stops him mid pull. Due to shoulder. On the echo 3510

So I got his easy start 180 and he could start it right up.
The stihl version is 100% easier to start.

So bringing it back home and going to sell it and get him another easy start for back up. 180 210 250.
It will have stock handle back on it by then.

He said he thinking a bigger battery saw but don’t want weight over the echo 3510 stihl 180.

Least now I know the difference for sure.

Spring assist don’t make it easy.
Like the system used in stihl.

I’m a believer in that system now seeing it side by side with him trying them in front of me.

Then I done both. No comparison.

Just so you know.

The Farmertec G255E easy start version does not work like the OEM 250 one.
It works just like the one on the 180 easy start etc.
Had a owner of one check for me.

It dont catch with short pulls and wind up like MS250 ES one. Has to be one long pull like 180 ES etc.

They had them on black Friday sale for $118 shipped from their NJ warehouse. He bought one to try out.

Echo 3510. Bought this for dad as a back up saw to his easy start 180 I gave him years ago. The spring assit echo is not as easy to pull over as the easy start saws.

Whole deal here in this thread. https://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/echo/echo-3510-3410-352/

Like new 14" bar chain set up.

New oem carb kit. Tuned and ready to cut with in my area. To 40:1 VPracing and Efree gas.
Tune could change in your area if shipped.

$150 plus shipping. In Ohio.
If online sale Paypal friends family or local pick up can be cash or whatever.

Prefer to ship after the crazy shipping time going on now. Jan or after is better IMHO.

Echo 3510 pending trade already.

Looks like a guy I know in my group wants the 3510.

He just so happen to have 3 250 easy starts. One not in pic already sold in my group.
