Mornin Mike,
That was one of the old 10 ft large dishes when they first started doing the satellite thing. They presented a pretty significant wind load with that area so they were using a large amount of concrete /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

It happened this past saturday April 8th. Yeah it was a bit nippy, but sunday was beautiful, shirt sleeve weather /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The grasses are startin to green up now, wont be long /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif You guys have probablly been mowin 2 months allready! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yep, mowed the grass for the first time around the middle of February. It's running in the low 60's at might and high 70's to low 80's in the daytime here. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Good to hear from you! Yeah, this thing turned into quite a project /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Im hoping to finish the project this weekend and post my flag flying by monday!

I got a 10 ft length of 2 1/2" electrical conduit from work for the top half. I made a rain cap for that pole, and an adapter plug to mate the two poles together. I put a 1/4-20 eye bolt tapped into the cap and attached a small pulley to that. So far Ive inly purchased the pulley and 1/4" eye bolt and the 1/4" line. Oh yeah, I bought a can of silver rustoleum also. Uncle Dave has an extra cleat for the line and I still need to buy the flag. Im planning on trying a 3' x 5' but I think thats going to be a little small.
