You just plain old fix it the best way you can.

Plus, it wouldn't hurt to find the part number of that case and cross the number to other models to see if you could find a used one as a plan B in case you need it.

Ok so I started removing everything to better see the weld. We'll what do I find just more problems. The next section in front of the transmission has about a 10" weld starting at the top and wrapping around the right side of the tractor that looks to be leaking hydraulic fluid to. Now what do I do.

Again: Are any of the welds cracked?

Reading the whole thread what you have is a used tractor that leaks oil. Is it otherwise fully functional? I get that you don't like the welds or the transaction. But will the tractor do what you bought it for?

Is fully functional. Not sure how long. It leaks about 1/4 of a quart of hydraulic oil a day.

If I just decide to sell the tractor as is with the two welds what is a fair price for the tractor. It's a 2002 tc24d with 1014hrs.
