1. Yep, my 3 point hitch problem was due to the friction pad needing to be tightened. That's fixed.
3. I still don't know what the lever on the 3 point is for.

Does the YM2500 have wet or dry brakes? It looks like a wet system. Both sides seem to be internally mounted within a drum with drain plugs on the bottom.
My problem is that the brake pedals have to be pressed ALL the way down before they operate. Then, they really don't seem to want to return to the original position.
I also think part of the hitch is broken. I think there's a tilt adjustment on the right PTO arm that's broken. It hangs allll the way out.
I just changed the oil and filter, then came in to post this. I'm going back out to install a new over run PTO clutch from Hoye Tractor. I also just bought a disc and box blade. Woohoo.
