For that price and condition I doubt that you will have it very long. It looks like the nubs are barely worn off the tires. Good luck!

Thanks guys. Yes it is in nice condition, garage kept, and the 50hr service I did included changing the hydro fluid and filter.

I'm still acclimating to the Deere 3520 (I bought from a friend) but there are a number of things I don't like as well as the Kubota. In addition I had to change over the Deere loader arm ends from Deere quick attach to SSQA so I could use my grapple, tree puller, and small 4' tooth bucket I use for digging. Of course that meant the Deere 4 in 1 bucket and pallet forks that came with it no longer fit, so when I get around to it I need to sell those as well....
