Kindorf is usually used for mounting or hanging electrical conduit.

Isinglass is made from mica and generally used for the small peepholes in furnaces or wood stoves to look in to see the flame though it has other uses.

Wow two things I should have know. I'm a HVAC tech. I work with that stuff everyday. We call Kindorf "Uni-strut" You've got shallow strut, deep strut, angle strut, etc. I use it for everything.

After reading all the posts on this subject, I decided to try a soft sided golf cart enclosure from Northern and am very happy with it. The windchill today was in the teens but I didn't feel it a bit and was very warm sitting in the tractor. I put it over the canopy on my SC2400 and it fit pretty darn good and with the back being all clear vinyl, both of the caution lights can shine right thru so I'd recommend this type of enclosure to anyone who's looking for a soft cab that will keep you warmer and is cheap.
