You don稚 say where you are located so it is hard to advise you on other dealers to go to, but I would go onto the websites for the various tractor brands and find other dealers in what you would consider a reasonable distance from you. Then either go or call them to see what they can do. Personally, I would not be very anxious to buy from a dealership that only has one mechanic. What happens when that person quits, gets hurt and so on. Unless you are mechanically inclined, having good dealer support is very important. Around here, many dealerships for the newer and lesser known brands have opened and closed over the last 15 years leaving owners without any dealer support. The last thing I will add is to use the Build my Tractor feature on many of the manufacturers websites to figure out what you want on your tractor and what the MSRP will be.

We are located in Ohio. I have tried other dealers within 100 miles and had the same luck. Contacted a Mahindra dealer approx. 75 miles from the original Mahindra dealer. Talked to a sales person. He said he would have us a quote within an hour, that was 5 days ago. Drove out to another Kubota dealer to test drive a tractor, we got here and it was not in stock as promised.

We are going to call a company in Arkansas that others on this forum have used and see what they say about prices on the LS and Massey. My only concern is getting service work done. Am also going to call the local LS, Kubota, and Massey dealer one last time.

I was trying to buy a 60k john deere engine for my fire suppression system from a company a few years ago. I literally had to ask for the owner and talk to him to get someone to sell me it. That was after spending a month bothering the salesman about it. They were the only dealer within a few hundred miles for my application, and I couldn't open my business without it. But holy cow, you can't even force money on some people, it's unreal.

Good luck with the Kioti.

I have purchased 4 new tractors over the last 35 yrs and have never had to take one in for warranty work . Thank god. My newest tractor a 2538 resides at my farm which is over 200 miles from the dealer so i would be hauling it a long way. I have looked at the Ls and really like them.

Everybody that I know who has one loves it, and they seem to be trouble free.

I must be missing something here.....
Why buy a NEW (CUT) tractor?
Is Tier IV just so appealing that folks can't resist?
Or.... is it the dual cup holders, stereo radio, and heated seat?
