Keep your hands away from your face.

Don't lick your fingers.

Wash your hands immediately upon returning home.

Sanitize your hands after touching things meant to be touched like hand rails for instance.

In a restaurant, I wash my hands before I eat (after handling the menu) and often after.

Avoid touching door handles and knobs with your hands and fingers. I use my knuckles for pressing elevator buttons.

I have practiced this for years and NEVER get the flue. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. And my life style otherwise is FAR from healthy!

Just a case of engaging your brain in your normal daily activity.

Now there’s an idea. Fill a camel back hydration system with sanitizer. No need to wash your hands at the restaurant, elevators, door knobs, well just about everything. just slather it on your hands wherever you are.

Yeah, that’s the ticket

Oh thank God,
I thought this thread was about me.

Nahh, it’s only stupid when it’s gets way to serious.

If anyone is interested in a free, workshop/seminar on the most up-to-date understanding of Airborne transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, this is open to the public, and will include pretty much all of the leading scientists in the field:

Airborne Transmission of SARS-CoV-2: A Virtual Workshop Tickets, Wed, Aug 26, 2;) at 1: AM | Eventbrite

This event is hosted by the National Academy of Sciences, which is one of (if not) the preeminent scientific organization (boasting 190 Nobel prize winners as members).

I'm sure some of the recipients are worthy...but the nobel prize organization is highly biased...this has become obvious over the last couple of decades and has left them with zero credibility...if anything a nobel prize is red flag (meaning the recipient is likely aligned with the organization's agenda) more than it is a trophy...

Will Dr. Niel Ferguson be there?
Is there going to be another workshop for surface contamination and virus spread?

Al Gore may be an interesting speaker for either or both perhaps? Ice is still melting.

I don稚 know where youæ±*e at, but here (eastern PA) we (the police) are most certainly not enforcing masking mandates of any kind.
Same here in Western Pa.
Been back to work with no masks since mid May.
They never even cancelled our county fair, went on as always.

You must not have listened to the whole thing but just picked out the words you wanted.

She states "if you actually followed all the asymptomatic cases, isolated those cases, followed the contacts, quarantined the contacts, we would drastically reduce the transmission.

tallyho8

Per your inspiration, I carefully reviewed the video for the umpteenth time. I want to be sure I am hearing correctly.

I offer a correction to your version. She states "if you actually follow the SYMPTOMATIC cases", at approximately minute 2:40. Listen again, carefully! I believe you will agree.

At minutes 1:43 and 2:17 she states the rarity of asymptomatic transmission. i.e. it was stated TWICE.

Also, please consider that Ms Van Kerkhove made no retraction for her statements. "officials" at WHO did that for her.
Integrity would have the correction to misinformation done PROFESSIONALLY, in person. I strongly suspect politics is the influence..

This is actually, a moot point. See details of Post #516 above. WHO backtracked, admitted they were wrong, and subsequent studies have shown asymptomatic transmission does occur.

I've got to be honest. I speak two languages, but unfortunately, Troll is not one of them.

Is your memory that poor? You posted, "As a self proclaimed expert you should never, ever post something and stipulate that it shouldn't be forwarded because it's an "ongoing investigation"

You lost credibility with that one...." There is a clear connotation of "I don't believe you."

I wonder about your reading comprehension as well, because I already answered the questions you are repeating here.

I did post something, as fact, and asked people not to share it. Because, as a responsible researcher, I don't want things taken out of context. I don't care if people talk about what I posted, what I don't want is someone taking the image, posting it somewhere else, and then writing their own narrative of what they think it means. That would be irresponsible of me to do, so I ask people not to.

Again, I posted it because there were two posters that commented they would be interested in seeing more, using the tongue-in-cheek comment of "Pictures, or it didn't happen." So, I obliged.

I'm not sure what is so hard to understand about any of this?

You..

WOW!!. that's very, very sad!!.. you have to wear a mask in New York, and anyone coming into the State has to be quarantined for 2 weeks, we don't need sick people spreading the virus here!!..

No, no it isn’t, the last thing we need right now is trying to enforce something that’s constitutionally questionable at best.

people can kill themselves, but they don't have the right to kill someone else by giving them a deadly virus!. that's NOT constitutionally questionable, and it's been the LAW forever..

Gee, are the rioters in your city getting arrested for spreading the Covid?

Lol, if you say so.

There is no mask mandate that I’m aware of that has been signed into law. Not enforceable. And most certainly questionable.

Lol, their not to blame, it’s bars and restaurants.

I've got to be honest. I speak two languages, but unfortunately, Troll is not one of them.

A friend of my cousin is working on cold fusion, she is a scientist too, just like you!

Her last work, published about 20 years ago, was how sea levels were rising and would be flooding all the coastal areas in just ten years. A side work was the devastation of the Greenland bear due to lack of habitat.

Science is the discipline of observation. There is no science in models based on motivation to be recognized. GIGO...

WHO is a very suspect organization. I've read they have been kicked out of some nations for their poor behavior. Yet some people still credit them for the great work they do.

Go figure. The head of the organization isn't even a well educated individual. (and has a pretty poor track record to boot)

You must ask the question, "Deadly to whom"?
