Where is the adjustment for how fast the 3 point goes down on 2008 CaseIH JX80?
I have moved draft control all over the place and still very very very slow to lower 3 point. Trying to use backblade on it.

There should be a valve on the floor or in the panel behind your feet that controls the drop rate of the 3 point.

I'm pretty sure there is a cable for the lift-o-matic switch on the hitch valve. Hitch valve is under remote valve on top pto. Can adjust the cable to speed drop rate.

now for another problem. It seems to be in 4 wheel drive all the time. Lever moves but obviously won't disengage front drive

Rollpin at transferbox broken ?

Yes as previous comment check see if shaft on side transmission is moving along with handle and not just the linkage. Could very well be broken roll pin. Sometimes you have to be slowly moving to disengage also.
