I was out of town and my friend used my 2010 Kawasaki mule to pull a stuck zero turn out of the mud. It now has a loud clunking noise coming from somewhere and I'm not really seeing where. The clunk happens in every gear, as well as neutral and speeds up and slows down with the throttle. Any ideas? I reckon the next thing I'm gonna do is pull off the clutch cover and have a looksee.

Jack it up and spin the wheels. Maybe some debris or something got stuck somewhere when he was pulling out the ZTR.

It's making the sound in neutral as well. Any other thoughts?

Nothing really other than looking at the engine while it’s running to see if it’s obvious as to where the noise is coming from (like a broken fan blade), but presumably you’ve already done that.

Check to see if there is a chunk taken out of the clutch belt.
