It's coming together.

Each of the two slabs is seven feet long and thirty two inches wide.

This is from the down water side.

Looking good Harvey. I can already see the wrought iron hand railing with a plasma cut water fall in the center. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Harvey,

It looks amazing!!!

James reminded me of the railing that was there originally. Are you going to put up a new railing?

Harv,
I along with all of the other TBN fans sure hope we will be able to see an ariel view once it is done and there is water.
When we follow along we can see the progress, but eventually an ariel view would be great.

Another idea might be to use a 35mm cameral with a wide angle lense. When the film is developed they can put the pictures on a CD. A wide angle lense would really capture a lot of the scope of the project. If you don't happen to own one perhaps the owner of the property has one since you mentioned that he is taking photographs as well.

Also can't wait to see it with landscaping, bushes and flowers and grass. Think it's going to be real pretty. Do the owners see this form their house?

Many thanks for sharing. ~rox

James, I can see Harvey hand forging the most unique design metal art work that it would remind you more of a necklace than a railing on this beautiful project. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I don't think Harvey does anything the simple way - as I do /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Thats why I have projects and Harvey has art!
But I am trying... /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Don, I know all about that trying part and when getting inspiration from Harvey it's easy for me to bite of more that I can chew. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif But then it does give my better half free entertainment. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

James, you are way ahead of me if you already have your wife thinking it's FREE entertainment! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Harvey, it sure has been quiet on this thread are you finished?

Was I hearing things or did the owner mention something about ...... a train? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

We're getting close Don.

I apologize for not keeping it all up to date on posting photos.

Don do you remember the big bridge by the road?

Our next project is raising the bridge about a foot and extending it beyond the spillway to the west.

Then we're going to make it a covered bridge, a kinda sorta New England covered bridge. But with our touch. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
