Power company is expanding the lines. Whatever, times change. They do have to cut back the trees for taller poles. I understand that and they paid us well.

Maybe they should of asked the landowners on conditions before cutting....lol

Don't they make tracked vehicles for that kind of terrain? Looking at it, I wouldn't even drive YOUR tractor out across that! :D

We don't even take the sxs on that side of trail. With the warm up coming in, that area is gonna be standing water by next friday.

Around here, they just leave the trees. Works for us since my daughter sells firewood to make a few extra bucks.

Neighbor has a case dozer that I could use to pull these guys out but it's more fun watching them get equipment into the area.

I'm surprised that truck made it in that far knowing the conditions that are along the powerlines.

Seriously? Who takes a single axle heavy truck off-road? Not even tandem or triple axles...

They had a tracked vehicle in there. They tried to use our road but that pesky locked gate stopped them. I don't appreciate them tearing up our road since the ground isn't frozen.

Luckily it's not a bad tear up but it's the principle of them trespassing. When I actually talk to them, it will be brought up

Our hydro's 'right of way' is a mere 25ft, (12.5 both sides of power line).
Most trees like to reach 40-50 ft high so not to ask why we have so many power outages.
Heck I've seen them actually use a transit to be sure they don't cross that magic 25 ft line.

Oh, I must add the questionable trouble areas are all in wilderness forest areas.
