Kioti DK65C PROBLEMS!

I have a 2004 Dk65C with KL1730 loader, 1060hrs .... my front and rear wipers will not work... nor will my radio or 12v power outlet.... I have replaced all the appropriate fuses and still the radio or the power outlet will not work. I feel there is a problem with the front wiper motor (local dealer wants $338 CAD.) but its highly coincidental for the 2 of them to be broken. Before the front wiper stopped working it would rarely come on and when it did, it wouldn't turn off. As for the radio.. I have no idea what happened to it as it just shut off and will not come on. Any ideas on what might be broken??? .... If not my local new holland dealer has offered me $22,000 CAD for it on trade for a reposessed 2006 TL90 with cab and loader

If the fuses are good I would be looking for broken/pinched wires or a bad ground going to the cab.
