Kioti DS4510 used questions

I'm looking at a used DS4510 with about 1000 hours on it. It has a loader included and a rear remote. It seems like a decent basic, no frills, tractor. Are there any known issues with these or anything to be sure and pay attention to? Also what would a good price on this be? Thank you.

One more thing, the dealer said this has a live PTO but I believe I read in the brochure that it was independent. It has the standard transmission. Can someone answer this for me?

How much depreciation would you take off for a few years old and 1000 hours?

Not a true formula on depreciation on tractors. What are they wanting for it?

Maybe go try a new one at the dealer, then go try the used one to see how hard the 1000 hrs has been. If it's been mostly used for mowing 13k sounds good to me. If it's been used as a bulldozer then 13k could be too much? Having receipts for filters and fluid changes are worth something too IMO.
