Kioti Parts Delays

   / Kioti Parts Delays #61
Our experience with KIOTI Tractor is a bunch of hard working folks that try very hard to get things right. It's easy to pass the blame off to the manufacturer.... or whoever else happens to be in the line of fire at the time.... but usually there is more to a story than you find in a thread.

You need to read my post again.
Additionally, my post #33 in this thread addresses my opinion of the Kioti corporate culture which I wager is pretty well aligned with yours whether you choose to admit it or not.

Rick, I didn't read MIE's post as taking issue with anything that you or Eric have said in this thread. I'd assumed they quoted your post merely as a way to segue into the discussion, so they could put in a good word for the folks at Kioti corporate, and in particular the folks in Wendell. :confused3: MIE was mentioned earlier in the thread as a go-to source when some other dealers have claimed they couldn't get parts quickly from Kioti.

They quoted my post and immediately misrepresented it. Not too hard to understand.

Our post was in no way meant to take issue with anything posted by Rick, our intention was to "second" what he posted, and add our own piece.

That's it...That's all.

[Snip] If it weren't for it being under warranty we'd get the tractor back and source parts and repair ourselves. And if it weren't for the cost of having the tractor moved (we can't truck it ourselves) we'd get it and run it for a while while keeping a close eye on the gear oil levels.

A warranty can cost in down time more than it's worth.

For the record, I'm still waiting for my wheel stud. Two weeks ago the dealer claims to have walked across the street and mailed it to me.

Sounds like a dealer issue not a kioti part delay.

Sure hit the nail with the hammer here. 3 months and counting in down time. Good thing I don't use my tractor to make money, I'd be broke or bankrupt. Or worse, had to go out and buy another tractor that didn't continue to break down for the same reason over and over again that nobody, dealer or Kioti Rep. can seem to figure out the real problem. Meanwhile, I have made 5 multiple hour trips to the dealer in the last 3 months.
