Perrypower, perhaps you could answer this perhaps you cannot. If you cannot, that is perfectly fine.
Is that generally 'any' part within a week? Been waiting a couple weeks for my dealer to get my second rear remote in for 3ish weeks now. They were going to install it prior to delivering my NX 5010 HST, but due to the hack we agreed to deliver with the single rear remote and they would just install it after the second remote came in.
I've inquired a couple times as to when they would expect it to come in, and just been given the 'should come in sometime soon' response. I don't particularly NEED it installed right now, but it's just one of those things where I would rather have it done so it's its all finished up.

In your case, you are waiting on a wholegoods accessory (2nd remote kit). This entails a different ordering process than normal parts. Its possible that if your dealer placed the wholegoods order during the outage that the order was lost. He may have to place a new order or follow up with his Sales Rep.
