Well I verified the rack wasn't moving, took pump off and found one broken tooth on the left gear. That being said, I can't turn it a complete 180 without lining up with the area on the gear that is toothless. I turned the gear slightly left and it slid in, hopefully just past the blank area. Now I also have to follow that up with the plunger, which also will have a left tilt to it. Followed up with making the other two the same. The gear came out at 12 o'clock, the plungers channel was left. I put it back together and I can move the rack and gears smoothly. I'm wondering if I can get away with this repair or does the plunger have to go back to 12 o'clock where it was? The gears and plungers are at 11 o'clock now with the channel left. I don't know if they have to go in exactly like they came out, meaning the plungers. I won't put pump in until I hear from you guys first. Thanks guys
