What I am saying is that their s-l-o-w response (this started in February) to acknowledge the issue is what created much of the uproar. This would NEVER had become the big outcry that it did if they said in March or April, something like "we have identified a problem with some of the loaders on some of the CK120 and CK130 tractors, we are looking into the situation and we will fix it. Please be patient while we engineer a solution, it could take several months, but we will get back to you . . .

C'mon now, Bob. I'm fairly confident that something negative would have still been brought up.:D

I'm beginning to feel under-appreciated and un-loved. ;)

Can't we all just get along? :D

This is great news... Now I will have to go back to complaining about the weather and the wife's cat.

Thank You Kioti.

Makes me feel good about Kioti, even though my KL130 has no cracks yet.

Thanks for sharing.

Yep Bob, even you are guilty of this. If your memory fails you, I will be glad to "PM" you and refresh your memory.;)

Well...Hodak...you've done it now.:D :D :D

Kudo's to Kioti.....:)

No need to refresh my memory. I reformed. An error of my youth as it were. But more specifically to the point that rback33 was making in his post, I find that personal information is often let out when entire PMs are posted. Many people have posted snippets of PMs without letting on who wrote them, and some information can be spread through them, also abusive PMs have been posted (good thing I don't release some of yours).

That's very humorous, Bob :D :D. My PM's pale in comparison to your's.;)

Yep, sounds like this thread has officially gone off track. Oh ya, I've reformed too. ;)

Good Day!

Onto this specific thead, I think that often there is a 'catch-22' that manufacturers and that posters find themselves stuck in. A manufacturer provides their name/information as a profession courtesy; to that I agree. A poster, in this case Greg, could make up anything and post it at any time and nobody would know the difference, so perhaps from the perspecitive of a poster, and from the perspective of the readers, having the information posted of who sent the letter is a way to provide some level of authenticity.

As for the letter itself, I think it is good. What I still think (again Hodak this is for you :D ) is that Kioti could have acted quicker. I'm not saying that they could have actually fixed anything quicker because I beleive it will take months to fix something properly.

I posted the actually sender for just the fact to make it clear it came from Kioti..........Think what you wish as to should I or shouldn't I have published the source, I have no real concern on the propriety! I'm always pretty blunt. I gave them permission to use anything I submitted at their request on other ventures and I think it was a very positive response.

My frustration was with reponse time. It became a issue of recognition and response more than it was about the loader problem.
