Kioti Responds.....KL120 & KL130 Loader Problems

I think it is fine to cut and paste from a customer service boilerplate letter. Those things are written for public consumption. Very very different than posting something from a PM. It might be different if it were on a specific individual case but this was in fact Kioti's public stance (version 2.1).

I am also glad they have finally released such a statement and agree with those who argue that this whole bruhaha would never have happened if they had issued exactly that statement two months ago. Glad to see they have dropped the baloney about cosmetic cracks too.

Maybe Kioti has learned a PR lession about living in the internet era from this episode and will be a tad more responsive in the future.

I've actually never received any mailing from Kioti and I've had my tractor for almost a year now. Does Kioti have a mailing list of owners by tractor type? If so they really should send out a snail mail notification similar to the brief message posted at the start of this thread acknowledging the loader cracks. It seems unfair to expect unsuspecting owners to remove the torque tube cover plate to check for cracks so Kioti ought to publicize this with a mailing. I wouldn't argue if they delayed doing that until their loader repair program was ready to roll but I hope they do it.

I've never recieved a mailing depsite being the owner of a new financed tractor for nearly a year now. I would like to get some Kioti mail every now and then.

I get the mailers occassionally. I think when Rick Wallace turned in my warranty info I must have gotten on the list.

I get them too, even $20 in "Kioti Bucks" to be used towards parts or accessories............
