Kioti tractor issues.

I notice (well, can't miss them) a couple of stickers on the loader on my three month old Kioti.

Are these relatively new stickers on their loaders I wonder?

I see also when the loader was installed, the bolts/nuts were marked to provide visual indication if any were coming loose:

I having a problem with2214 3 point won't raise or lower. It was working fine. Then it quit. Any ideas
