In my area the new TSC has been very dissapointing as far as prices and service. Implements are probably the only thing they have good prices on.In fact ASC beats there price on the same brand fuel filter with water block by $10... just one example. That being said I think people reccomend TSC alot here when someone that really hasn't gotten out to local dealers is asking where to get something. As a reply and trying to help someone , chain stores get mentioned alot to help them find something quikly.As far as the dealers though...we are in a competative market and most in Va. dont seem willing to bend a little on price even knowing that these chain stores are cheaper.

What is ASC I dont know the acronym. We just got a new TSC by us and its the spot to go since for two basic reasons, the local dealers are higher on everything and they have great inventory. I know inventory is a beast for a dealer but I swear I'm going to stop in my local Kubota dealer to use the john and he's going to tell me he has to order the toilet paper.

One thing I have noticed with TSC however, all the attachments I looked at were covered in crud and rust. Thats fine after I take it home and use it, but when I buy it new, I want it to look new the first time I drive out of the garage.

When I go to TSC, I get the best looking one of the bunch. When I get it home, it gets 2 coats of gloss black RUST-OLEUM. (See attachment). Gerard

I bought a 6' KK rear blade at TSC for only $160 because it was weathered and had a few rust spots on it and overall looked like crap. I ground off the rust spots with a wire wheel and painted it Cub Cadet yellow. TSC had Cub Cadet yellow paint in stock. The blade looks like new and matches my tractor. Photos are in the photo section.

I have a King Kutter tiller, brush mower, finish mower, box blade, rear blade ( professional series) and rake.
They were all purchased at TSC. I painted them all Allis Chalmers orange to match my tractor.

I painted all my mustard yellow implements gloss black because the color matches the FEL that comes with the tractor (factory=black). Kinda gives it a nice even look.

My Box Blade came orange so I left it alone for now. If/when the time comes to paint it, it too will be black. Gerard
