However, #21 is no longer true as the St. Louis Rams won the Super Bowl a couple of years ago and they play in a dome.

They used to be the L.A. Rams but a few years back, they moved to St. Louis. They now play in the Trans World Dome.

Rams were Super Bowl XXXIV champs with Kurt Warner setting a super bowl record for 414 yrds passing, and he was named super bowl MVP.
