Those hard lines are not easy to straighten. Unless you have good equipment for bending tubing you are almost certain to create weak spots (as you say fatigue places) in the metal which will eventually cause problems. It may not be pretty but leaving them alone is the best option. To my pocket book they are too expensive to wholesale replace all of them. Maybe sand off the rust would be good.
Your paint is not so good either, etc. If you decide to spend money for restoration and appearance, do the new hard lines when you do the paint job.
Okay, thanks I will leave them. I have had this tractor under cover since I bought it two years ago but some of the paint, particularly on the loader, is quite faded. Some of it is nearly new looking. I am guessing it was kept in a shed with the loader facing out. I think at some point I will go over the tractor with rubbing compound to get some oxidation off of the paint and call her good.
