Anyway I feel bad for what happened to you. For most buying their first tractor is a good thing they remember, probably for life.
They knew that I had $20-$25k extra to help with the purchase but it almost seems like they were getting paid by how many contracts they could get especially when they were pushing for the 5 year term instead of the shorter term. I talked to a different dealer and he is anxious to help me out but I need a co signer cause of the first contract. Basically I would love to be able to return the tractor and end the payments with minimal penalty and start over with the new kubota dealer and new contract with the right tractor. The dealer I'm with now pretty much said in a nutshell. I sold you the tractor now I have nothing to do with you. I mean from reading on these forums really supports what he was saying cause he didn't show me anything after I bought the tractor. He dropped it off then drove off making me figure out how everything works on my own (I thought he would at least explain the safety features to me)
