You guys can say what you want but I have been 120% honest. I have even under exaggerated all the bull crap that I have gone threw with this dealer

The only thing that I have been off on was the date. I looked at when I posted a picture of it on Facebook and it was June 11 th. So its almost been One month

Having had a problem come up with my Kubota and getting the run around from the local Kubota dealer and not getting him to fix it under warrranty, I called the regional rep. The regional rep didn't help so I went to the national office. They never returned my phone calls, nor did they answer my email or slow mail letter.

If I were you, I would be thankful to have a revelation of the poor service you can expect from your dealer and Kubota and buy a different color. If they treat you like this before getting your money, how do you expect them to act once their pocket is lined?

Whether you are being honest or not, really is a 'non-issue.

The real issue is that you are in possession of a tractor, that you have not paid for, nor put a down payment on, signed no paperwork for and will never in 2 lifetimes be satisfied with.

Take the dam thing back and upgrade to a tractor without the "well known" issue.

You have placed yourself on the wrong side of the ball, and are about to get run over.

Take my comments to heart and bow out as gracefully as you can.

Would just say the dealer you buy from should be the most important decision, doesnt matter what color you buy if they are not going to stand behind what they sell and do your warranty work or just handle the business side like it should be done (right),then go somewhere else. I found the tractor i wonted, then talked around, there are many kubota dealers around here to choose from and I went with the one that had the best repitation with the owners around here. I ordered it over the phone, they brought it out, tried everything out and signed papers. If it mechanical stuff gonna break, color cant stop that, its how it gets fixed!!! My :2cents: dont let a cple $$$ be the desiding factor in the tractor you get,its something your gonna have for along time, and selling the one you settled for to get the right one for you later, will be alot more$$$ in the long run.

Don, he says that he has given them a $5000 check for a down payment. It's not his fault that they have not deposited it.

I agree that he should forget the whole thing with this dealer and if he stays with Kubota that he really needs to go with a Grand L series.

My thoughts exactly. I'm surprised up picked the tractor back up. I'll bet the check gets cashed now.
As far as the valve goes, it may be that they have decided to resolve this issue at the dealer by replacing the questionable valve with the L30 valve. If this issue is as common as it sounds, the the replacement valve may be back ordered to Japan. This scenario coupled with the earthquke may be why you don't have your machine operating properly. The dealer or Kubota may be reluctant to have this information become available, so your getting no information. Kubota would not want everyone to know they can't resolve the hydraulic issue as it would hurt sales.
This thread is evidence of how fast information can travel.

The only reason I picked up the tractor again was becuase I needed to use my equipment trailer which had 12k of gravel on it and with my bad back I could not shovel it off and I needed my trailer empty

Must be nice to have a couple of Dealers to choose from.

I live in an area with populations measured in the millions and there are no Kubota Dealers in my county or several of the neighboring counties... and this is just not for Kubota.

I really liked the local, 40 miles away dealer... I could order parts and he would call when they arrived... he and the others have closed up or dropped Kubota.

Much farther away was a Dealer that carried both Kubota and Deere... last I spoke with them, both manufacturers were putting on the pressure to severe ties with the other.

It must be a tough business... the tractor business.
