A few things in this thread arent passing the smell test for me....
Whether you are being honest or not, really is a 'non-issue.You guys can say what you want but I have been 120% honest. I have even under exaggerated all the bull crap that I have gone threw with this dealer
The only thing that I have been off on was the date. I looked at when I posted a picture of it on Facebook and it was June 11 th. So its almost been One month

The real issue is that you are in possession of a tractor, that you have not paid for, nor put a down payment on, signed no paperwork for and will never in 2 lifetimes be satisfied with.
Take the dam thing back and upgrade to a tractor without the "well known" issue.
You have placed yourself on the wrong side of the ball, and are about to get run over.
Take my comments to heart and bow out as gracefully as you can.

Would just say the dealer you buy from should be the most important decision, doesnt matter what color you buy if they are not going to stand behind what they sell and do your warranty work or just handle the business side like it should be done (right),then go somewhere else. I found the tractor i wonted, then talked around, there are many kubota dealers around here to choose from and I went with the one that had the best repitation with the owners around here. I ordered it over the phone, they brought it out, tried everything out and signed papers. If it mechanical stuff gonna break, color cant stop that, its how it gets fixed!!! My :2cents: dont let a cple $$$ be the desiding factor in the tractor you get,its something your gonna have for along time, and selling the one you settled for to get the right one for you later, will be alot more$$$ in the long run.
