Excellent post Riptide. I couldn't agree with you more.Riptide23 said:Well, yeah, I do. If there's no customers in right now, how about walking over to the literature rack, and READING them? That's what your customers are doing. How about visiting the Deere dealer? That's what your sutomers are doing. And how about checking out TBN? That's what your customers are doing. Spend some time in the service dept. Get the low down on issues. How is it that a customer can come in with an internal Kubota service bulletin, and yet some salesmen never heard of it, or worse, call BS?
Fact is, the good salesmen hope the bad ones never change. I just wish the good ones were closer...

I presume you meant "named emily kaiser" ??
I couldn't resist replying to such an excellent typo - maybe your subconscious mind is controlling your typing!!

Am I running out of dealers? Naaa Naa... Na....not as long as there's Internet and Dealers willing to cross territorial lines.
Well after this many posts, I sure am glad you arrived at that conclusion, or else we might've had to write you offjnixon said:Anyone who takes my money and treats me like that is not worth my time.

I would still write a letter to the manager or owner, letting them know you were moving on, and why. I'm guessing the head honcho has no idea what transpired but wouldn't condone it if he did. Maybe that salespr!ck would get a much-needed attitude adjustment, and no other good customers would have to endure the bad feelings that you have. There could be a positive outcome for you also, if they really bend over backwards to earn your forgiveness and your future business. I guess I'm saying don't throw the baby out with the bathwater - if you could remove that one idiot from the equation, perhaps that dealership still has a number of redeeming qualities for you?
