I agree that I like the little guy but the fact of the matter is with the new tier 4 engines and computers they refuse to invest in equipment and training (like they will make it stop) by refusing.
As a fleet manager we had a Kubota piece go down in eastern NC and I wanted to email a purchase order to the Kubota dealer, they didn't use email, fax only. As you could imagine the unit took about 6 weeks to get fixed and my guys in the field said they would go by and Barney and the guys in the shop would just be BS'ing and not working on anything. We actually use a ford dealer to fix our orange stuff out there now.
