I got the blower winter of 2013/2014, knew right away I needed something better to cast light ahead of the work. So, I installed that single LED light fall of 2014 for the 2014/2015 winter season, so that makes 4 years of use without issue. I think the vibrations up there are pretty low frequency, so that probably helps with operational life. It is a simple hook up, I just tied into the tractor light wiring with a spade connector. Appreciate the response - vibration would certainly be low frequency indeed - I have a magnetic mount I am going to be trialling for a rearward-facing work light. Tks

What kind of wood did you use and is it weatherproof or did you just use a sealer?
