Kubota L 3700 SU

I hadn't noticed the seat difference. Someone else said that it didn't have cruise control, not a feature that gets used a lot anyway.

Trying to keep things straight for a new buyer is getting harder every day.. this one has this, that one doesn't.. or does it?

Chilly

I bought one today. It came standard with a quick attach FEL. I added the BH76 BH and an 84" Befco rfm. And yes, the drawbar was an extra $100. It has a different seat then the L3400. It cost about $800 less then the L3400. Although another dealer tried to get the same price out of me.
I haven't seen it yet because they just got it in and it is still crated. They will be delivering it in two or three days. My dealer gave me a brochure and it has 30 PTO HP. I will need that for my 84" rfm.
I am very pleased with my deal. I forgot to mention, it has R4 tires.

Why would they not put cruise control on a hydro?
So you don't have to hold your foot on the pedal, it is independent of the throttle control.
Firefighter Jim, I misread your statement, forgot to read the not. Sorry.

From the brochure I was given I would say it is very close to an L3400 but not exactly the same. The L3400 HST has 28.5 PTO HP while the L3700 has 30 PTO HP. ( close but not the same )
I am going to my dealer tomorrow to see if has been uncrated yet. If so I will let you know what else I find out.
Also, my deal improved by $800 by taking the L3700. I can live without cruise control, but I do hope the seat is compy.

Boy I don't know guys, I use the cruise control on my L3400 alot when mowing and other tasks. Not sure I'd want a hydrostatic trans without it.

I've had/have cruise on some of mine and never used it yet except to see if it worked.:D My yard isn't level and I'm constantly adjusting my speed to match my terrain. Have it, never use it.

Cruise control is one of the reasons I went from a very good condition BX2200 to a BX2660, but my wife won't use cruise control on her car or the BX; just depends on the individual. I wonder how well a geared tractor would sell if you could only use the foot throttle to maintain a constant speed.
