Pricing varies by region. Lowest prices in the south, where tractors are imported and ag is important.

Highest in California and NE.

That tractor won’t pop walnut stumps and I wouldn’t bother grading with it unless you’re experienced with a box blade with a hydraulic top link and that would only be finish grading... very light stuff. My 2 cents as owning an excavating business

We have owned (among other tractors) a Kubota M5400 with R1 tires, a Kubota L3800 with R4 tires and our current MX5800 with R4 tires, all with the rear tires loaded. The two larger tractors had their rear wheels set in the widest position and are IMO much more stable than the L3800, even after we put 4" spacers on each rear wheel of the L3800, although the spacers made a big difference. One footnote, though, is that with the rear wheels set as wide as possible, the M5400 was and the MX5800 is too wide to fit between the fenders on a trailer with a 78" deck but will fit on an 82" deck.

I’ve e been looking at the exact same tractors and have the same stuff to do plus moving hay bales because Im putting cows on our pasture. I love the l3901 price but its not big enough for this stuff. The l4701 is cool but its an oddball and probably wont be around long. The MX is a workhorse and I think thats the way to go. Maybe a Grand L too. Pretty similarly priced for like an L4060.

I’d go with the MX5200 because of the turbo ;). Get 3 rear remotes one with float detent. Get the 3rd function on the loader. Top N tilt cylinders for the 3pt. Get a nice heavy duty Gearmore box blade, with hydraulic rippers. A hydraulic auger would be nice to have for your fencing chores.
