Houser 52,

The LA703 comes with the longer 1" pins, so all you have to do is make up spacers that will take up the space at your cylinder and loader arm ends. In my case it required one 11/16" and one 1/8" spacer for each pin. I'd guess your LA 680 will be the same but I don't know for sure.

I didn't need to modify the stops and get full dump and curl but again your loader may be a little different, if it requires anything it shouldn't be a lot of work. Have fun.

Mark

Thanks again for all the info, you have certainly been a big help.

From what I can find out, the only difference between your loader (681)and mine (680)is the hydraulic valve so, I should be good to go.

Now if I can just find a local dealer that wants to take my order. Just about all of them I have called have been less than helpful and could care less that I want to spend my $ at their place.

I see that you are in Cherryville, NC. Call Sam at McAbee Tractor in Greer SC (less than 1.5 hour drive from you). He just ordered mine last week for me. Super helpful guy. Part arrived on Weds and I will pick it up tomorrow. Not trying to be a commercial for the dealership, but Sam went above and beyond to help me get the right part at a good price. Tell him it was for the guy with the L3710 and I'm sure he'll remember me.

Thanks for the head's up but I finally found a local dealer late yesterday, Kubota of Lincolnton. He returned my call late yesterday. We discussed the whole thing and he ordered one for me while we were on the phone. He made me a good price on the quick attach and since he had a lot of stuff ordered from Kubota anyway he didn't charge me shipping.

It should be here sometime next week. I was satisfied with the whole deal.

Please post some pics of your set up when you get everything sorted out.

Thanks

Looking through this thread, I looked up the LA703 QA Plate assembly and Messick's wants $850 for em.

Was the $550 cost price? Thank you!
