Can't blame you for being frustrated... not to say we haven't dropped the ball before on keeping follow up to parts but for the majority of parts, (even those that are "back ordered"), they should be able to get them in under the 4 weeks you have been waiting... The dealer should be able to tell you more than "in the pipeline"... like when the part arrived at the main warehouse, when it was shipped, tracking number...
I don't want you to take me wrong. Kubota has been very good with parts, they are just working on making them much better - without having to put added expense on the end user. If it is a problem with Kubota parts... the dealer should keep you up to date... even if it is "the part has still not arrived". <font color=blue>No way to keep a Kubota customer happy.....</font color=blue>... couldn't agree with you more.
