I get the same thing all of the time. I would have bought mine if it had been purple with pink polka dots. /w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gifJust as long as it said <font color=orange>KIOTI</font color=orange> on it. After a over a year of research I knew what I wanted. Then one day I just happened in to the dealer and got a deal that I couldn't refuse. Anyone should be able to read all of the post here and see what is being repaired and what isn't. I don't know but kioti may self-destruct at 1000 hr or so. Until then it doesn't look like they are being worked on very much. I guess that kubota is beginning to feel the heat. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I get to see one of those signs every morning as I leave the highway and head into Edmonton. In some of the "rural" towns, it is the best sign to indicate there are actually people living there. Some towns are so small....if you blink you miss them. But they'll still have the "engine retarder brakes" sign.
I didn't realize that was a local phenomenon. Guess I should travel more eh?! /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

correct me if ia am wrong but kioti and kubota are not spelled the same. the dealer i bought from made it clear it was not a kubota and says the kioti will stand on its own merits. funny about 15 years ago they were saying all the same stuff about kubota, when it was biting into jd sales. believe me i know my tractor is not a kubota that one of the many reasons i bought it. also kioti is going to add a hst line in 2003 guess there going after the female gender buyer too.

also kioti is going to add a hst line in 2003 guess there going after the female gender buyer too.

Just wanted you to know that Daedong did indeed paint their tractors green with yellow wheels at one time. These were not for the U.S. market.

Nothing wrong with Kubotas. Lot's of people simply do not like them because they are so successful and made in J_A_P_A_N!!!!!!!! Oh my God, I said it. Course their all riding rebadged Japanese tractors so may as well get the real thing Mr Sky King. Out of the Clear Blue Western Sky--Sky King-rrrrrrrwaaaaaammmmmmmmmmm.
Dude, it is perfectly OK to ride into the sunset on a Kubota, like Coke, they are the real thing.
