Tires L-3130-HST right tire wear on outside. front axle problem.

The bearings on the right side that is giving me the problem was just changed last spring. You could see that the tire is at a different angle than the left. It was noticed shortly after I changed the bearings but I wasn't concerned about it. I did adjust the toe in after changing the bearings, spindle and bell end cover. I will check the toe in again and tire pressures.
With the tire off you can see the hub is at a different angle. It is hard to see it in the puicture.

Going by a level, it was 1/4 " more of an angle on the right than on the left. The top being angled out and the bottom in. Both are tied together still. If I spin one tire the other spins in the opposite direction when jacked up.
I need to figure this out real soon because I need to get new tires on it quick, the right tire now has a good size bubble in it.
It is driven on the road for about two miles about once a week. We are usually careful about not keeping it in 4wd on the pavement.

1 3/4 is a lot of toe in. What does your manual call for?????

That is a lot of toe in, something more like 1/4" is normal. Are you steering tie rod ends still tight?

Wow, I know my dealer did not set that much on mine. My tires would be gone in no time with all the road driving I do.

At 2 inches your tires will not last very long... the outside edge of one will grind off...
Are you sure it isn't 2 cm ?? Even that is a LOT for use on hard surfaces... KennyV

Mine shows a range of .1" to .3" or 2 to 8 mm
