Now that I have used the remotes, I can confirm that the hose/male coupler just pull out to remove from the female coupler.

As stated in past posts, there is no external slip collar, but an internal type, that will release when the male hose end is pulled away from the valve body.

I should have know....cuz that's the way my 3830s rear hydro ports connected, duhhhh. I just figured it was different. I was really scratching my head the first time I dealt with them.
