It just doesn't work that way... It has restrictions to get to the remotes so it's always less at the remotes.

Pump flow in GPM and return to tank in GPM are always equal, otherwise you'd run out of fluid as the machine somehow ate up all the fluid. Your remotes are just a take off point in the circuit, (same as a 3pt or FEL valve) if you direct all the flow to the remote by operation of the valve, it goes to the remote device and returns to tank, at the same rate in GPM as the pump is pumping at. If by chance you exceed the set system pressure by the operation of the device (say a hydraulic ram at end of stroke, and continue to have the valve directed to the stationary ram) then flow will be diverted to the tank through the relief valve at the same rate as the pump is supplying. Only when it is in relief at system maximum pressure will the flow through the remote be lower, by the amount that is being directed through the relief valve. Any line restrictions may add to line pressure and/or add heat to the circuit, but pump flow in GPM in the whole circuit and tank return in GPM is always equal.
